Limwire....

For some reason I can't start limewire. I see the logo then it just turns white, the program starts but it still stays white It seems like it's running but I can't see it. I've uninstalled java then re-installed it and limewire. I even let limewire itself install java........still nothing. Oh and yes I have soulseek I still wanna use limewire though

Okay, uninstall limewire, then go to update java 2 on their site
After this go into your task manager menu and click on applications tab. Find Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition, v1.3.1 Setup line and choose to end task.
After that then go ahead and install limewire.

You want 1.5.0, not 1.3.1. 1.3.1 is outdated.

strangely enough it was the AA settings on my video card. Limwwire freaks out when AA is not application based. Strange.....
