Defrag

Everytime I click ANylize it never says i need it..if i defrag anyways, is there a risk?

which defrag software r u using?
do you defrag regularly and then analyze?
is there much stuff on you hd?

In any case (anybody correct me if i'm wrong) there should be no problem defragging even when it says you don't need to.

the one that comes with the Win XP, i didnt download any defrag software from the internet just the one that came in the HDD
