the big "F" on macromedia flash pages

how do i make the flash work on webpages that use flash? all i get is the big macromedia "F" and then the ">" buttons.
firefox 1.0.6 browser.
winxp pro sp2

You must have the Flashblock Extension installed for Firefox. Just click on that "F". If you want to enable a site to always play Flash, go into the extensions options and add the domain.

yes, that was my problem. i updated my flashblock extension and now all flash plays as it should.
