Printing booklets

I’m trying to print a document from either FrameMaker or Adobe pdf as a booklet. You know, on 8.5 x 11 paper, folded in half with a staple in the middle. Can I do this? If so, how?

Would really appreciate any help anyone can give me on this. TIA.

In Acrobat or acrobat reader, go to you print properties menu and change the Pages per sheet to 2 in the layout tab. Check my attached image, is that what you're looking for?

you can use pre-built templates in framemaker to make booklets/pamphlets:

-----------------------------------
Select File > New > Document.

From the Look in pull-down menu, select the directory in which installed your template.

Select "your_booklet_template_file_name".fm, and click New.

A new document based on your custom template appears.

then work from there...
------------------------------------------------------

if you dont have "templates" you can download it from ADOBE at:

http://www.adobe.com/products/framem...templates.html
