Lineerr_InvalBearerMode???

Not sure if I'm posting this to the correct forum but here goes. I get this message when attempting to dial out with a courier v everything modem from a Windows 2003 server. This wasn't a problem with 2000 server. I believe that it may be related to Tapi, but not sure. I know the modem works, if I put it back on 2000 it is fine. I can find no description as to how to possibly troubleshoot this on MSDN or Microsoft. Thanks for any pointers.

INVALBEARERMODE
The specified bearer mode is invalid.
