Hi all,
Ive got 2 Hard Drives on my PC (40 & 80 GB). On one is installed win XP and on the other is Win 2000. Both HD's are NTFS. I primarily use Win 2000, however i need Win 98 to play some older games, theres something about my graphics card's drivers for win2000 and XP arnt that good enough and the ones that are for 95, 98 and NT4 are a better match, i also remember in win98 all me old games were much faster I tried running the Win98 setup and it told me to do it in MSDOS so i used an old XP boot disc and ran it from there and it told me i needed to make a MSDOS Partition and now im lost...wat do i exactly do??? i just need win98 an option of booting from and for it 2 work. Thanks alot 4 anyone dat can help me.. much appreciated

First problem is that win 98 has to be put on a fat32 partition, and secondly to get the dual boot option you normally install 98 first then XP/2K second and it will create the dual boot option for U, but for you to accomplish that now you will need third party software, like partition magic, to create a FAT32 partition, (assuming you have enough space on one of the drives), and I think there is another 3rd party software, (but I forget what it's called), to get you the multiple OS boot menu , (3 choices in your case), to work..

Thanks for the help, i used Partition Magic and it came with Boot Magic which might of been the other software u were saying of enabling me to choose multiple OS at startup. Games are running much better, worked perfectly.
Thanks again
