memory optimization software
Hey all!
Does memory optimization software really work? I recall reading somewhere that this stuff really doesn't work. Is this true? |

I've never heard anything good about "RAM boosters".

In a word, No. I've never read any good about them when tested by reputable magazines and such. Not to mention it's just another program running and occupying resources, producing zero results (and in some case, a decrease in performance).

You can however, end the processes that are just using up resouces and arent actually being used by you. Such as the little MSN messenger icon on your toolbar that stays there even if your not signed on. by closing it, then you free up a little more of your resources.
