unkown format

I'm downloading this game off a torrent site and it's in a .mdf format. What do I do with this ? Also a .toast.bz2 format as well.

it's an image (like .bin and .cue)
use a program that handles iso files like this one. I usually just mount the images on a virtual drive (i use daemon tools )

* I hope when you say "downloading a game" you don't mean "filesharing pirated software"*

I checked the rules and it says nothing about talking about it as long as u don't post it. Mabye i'm wrong. If I knowen this I wouldnt of asked or Would of worded it in a diff way.
