Program for saving streams
I've been using the program Replay Music to record audio streams of my favorite show from real player and save them to mp3. It almost works perfectly, except for one thing: the lowest bitrate it can save the files as is 128kbps. For limited space reasons, I need the mp3 files to be 48kbps. I know that I can use another program to convert the bitrate afterwards, but that makes twice the work for me.
So, what I'm looking for is a program that can save real player audio streams to mp3 and can specify the bitrate at 48kbps. Any suggestions? Thanks |

I was just wondering (and sorry I can't help you with those settings but) .. Is that actually legal to copy streaming audio and music?

Yup.
I pay a monthly subscription fee to listen to a radio show that allows members to get material off their website. Back to rm recorder; the stream is saved as an rm. As I stated above, I can't figure out how to A) save the real audio stream as a mp3 or B) set the desired bit rate of said mp3 Can anyone help me (or recommend a good program)? Thanks. |
