Outlook Signature woes
Hi everyone, I'm having a very annoying issue with outlook 2000 and 2003 and the auto signatures feature. We are on an exchange 2003 network (I don’t think this is an exchange problem though) and every user has a custom standardized signature that was manually created on each workstation. If a user makes a new message the signature looks fine and dandy, but if the message is a forward/reply/or quotes the body of another email that has a different font than the signature, the signature test gets totally messed up. The lines between are double spaced, sometimes the font is changed and it isn’t what was setup at all. I haven’t been able to find a way to correct this. Can anyone help!? Thanks!

If the sig has color etc it's probably been saved in html. The replies that they are doing is probably "plain text." WHen the reply button is pressed they'll need to click Format and change to html and then insert the sig..
