Interesting Adobe Acrobat problem

Were trying to open a PDF file from our blackboard serve and when we click on the pdf icon we only get the optiong ot SAVE or CANCEL the option to OPEN is greyed out.

But when using Firefox it gives all 3 options.

Any ideas?

checked the settings under general and internet in Acrobat but still no luck

Get the URL of the PDF file and put that in your browsers adress bar.
