help installing game
im having truble installing vampire the masquerade bloodline. an error message comes up during installing, says it cant find a file or sumthing. weird thing is, its still loading... so i dunno. it worked fine on 2 other computers, so i dont know whats the problem. can anyone help?

The cd or cd drive could simply be dirty. Have you looked on their web site?

You could be having problems because of something else that is running. Try disconecting from the internet and closing your antivirus, firewall, and anything else that is running.

Sounds Like SafeDisc Copy Protection
From the brief description give, you might try switching CD drives. There are a slew of drives that hate SafeDisc protected games...LiteOn being one of the worst. I would simply trade drives out for the installation and give that a try...betcha it works!
