When was the last time you did good virus and malware scans?
What antivirus and malware scanners do you use?

Click -> Start Menu -> Run -> msconfig

This will bring up a config window and you can see what programs are selected to run at start up. You should be able to identify what is causing system32 folder to open during start up

Talking I found something....

i Found that in my Msconfig startup

the file ( /L:ENG) opens on start up and opens the system32 folder.
This file is "Related to the Dell OEM version of the Sound Blaster Audigy 2 sound card. If this item is listed and checked in startup"

I re-installed my soundblaster sotfware, and still... what should i do next.

That sounds very strange to me, I have fitted plenty of Sound Blaster cards and I have never seen that before.
try running a virus scan at http://housecall.trendmicro.com
and download and install the Microsoft antispyware scanner and run some scans with it.
