mp3
i want to put music on my psp and naturaly mp3 will take less space but how do you convert music files to mp3.

I beleive Windows Media Player has a MP3 converter in it. You can also rip CD's to MP3's with it. If you do a Google search for "free MP3 converters" or something, I image you will get a lot a results.

I would do it right within Windows Media Player, and probably if you want to save space re rip at a lower bitrate to save more space.

Don't bother with WMP. Download Audacity, which is a free utility that can do what you need and much more.
