Print Spooler Problems

Hi

I'm having print problems. My print spooler won't start because it is dependent on LEXBCE Service. The file that starts that service is missing. It is a file for a network version of a Dell printer that is not installed. It must have gotten installed by mistake originally. How can I delete the dependency?
The system is a Sony VAIO PIV with xp home.

Thanks

Get the software for installing the Dell printer, install it, then uninstall it using add/remove programs.

What happens if you disable the LEXBCE service startup?
