programs starting up with windows

hey guys,

this is probably a real obvious question and im probably overlooking it in the settings or something like that but -

there are some programs (WinDVD, Quicktime, ect.) that startup when windows boots that dont have the option "start with windows" in the application settings

how do i get to the settings where i choose which programs to start when windows boots up?

thanks

Go into run and type in msconfig... it should then appear under the startup tab

If you really want to increase boot times and stop all those start up programs you should check out http://www.sysinfo.org/startuplist.p...50&offset=1200 which lists which start ups are needed, not needed and viruses.
