Visual Basic Question

I have a text field where people can enter a cost of a unit. Well I want to make it so it doesn't allow letters and only numbers BUT it has to allow decimal points and after the decimal, that it only allows for 2 positions. How do I do that? Thanks

Do you want to not accept letters or to make a message box that says " Only Numbers Please"?

For limiting the length I am pretty sure you have to use the 'Like' command...
