Exclamation Arcsoft...Photoimpressions

Hi, Have just upgraded to Arcsoft Photoimpressions 5, from 4 . I was given the option of downloading the .exe prog, after buying, which I did. The backup CD is being mailed.
Problem is. There's a feature that lets you add Frames, Borders, and Shapes to photo's.
When I use this, there is only a fraction of the files available, from what is actually in the Program Folder. I emailed Arcsoft about 4 days ago, and am still waiting on a reply.
I'm very disappointed with them, as there didn't seem to be any delay in their taking my money. No surprise there I guess...
Any ideas as to why this would be ?
Is it possible the D/Load was corrupted ?
Thanks for any suggestions... D

Did you register it with Arcsoft? Some programs need to be activated to get full functionality. They usually e-mail you a key number, or a link to activate the program.

You may need the CD for all the files, they may have been left out of the download to cut the size down.
