Double-click on My Computer, then navigate to your C: drive, then the Windows folder. Look in that folder for a file called, o2cLicStore.bn, click on it, then hit the delete key.

Did you look in the Windows folder?
Are you making sure that you are searching for hidden files, just in case that file happens to be hidden? To show hidden files, double-click on My Computer, click on Tools...Folder Options, then the View tab, then make sure "Show hidden files and folders" is selected.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
Did you check the software maker's website?

Yep i tried Un-Installing and Re-instaling and its still the same
Theres nothing on software maker's website which explains any error help it just tells you where you can purchase the program from.

You'll probably have to contact the software maker for support. That file doesn't appear to exist, so there's nothing you can do. It may be a bad entry in the registry or some other bug that is causing the error, but without knowing how the software works it's impossible to tell, and only the programmers can say how it works.

Microsoft makes an installer clean up utility : http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;290301
and it's good for files that don't know it's time to leave.
It's not the safest thing to use but it may work for you on this.
I use it for "phantom" Quicktime files that prevent reinstalls or updates of iTunes or the latest Quicktime player.
I'm going to leave your screenshots up for now, both as an example and because I asked, but a trip to photobucket is a good idea for the future : http://www.photobucket.com/

Please do not post large inline images, there's a forum rule governing this.

http://forum.pcmech.com/rules.php

I converted it to a link.
