As long as you have an XP Home CD and the Product Key, check the bios and set the boot sequence so the CD drive is before the hard drive. Then insert the XP Home CD in the drive, save and exit from the bios and watch for this message on the screen, "Press any key to boot from CD..." Press a key or the space bar at that point. The new installation will begin. Follow the prompts for a new installation and when the previous installation is found, Delete all partitions and do a fresh install from the Unpartitioned Space. Chose to format in NTFS. Should be easy from there.
