itunes

Hello, I haven't been here for a long time. However, I remember all the help I was able to get in the past. I am trying to burn multiple CD's with the itunes soft ware or maybe it is more correct to say the itunes player. I have done it before but now I keep getting this error: “The attempt to burn a disc failed. An unknown error occurred. (4880)" I ran the run CD Diagnostics and got the following information: can anyone help me?

Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 (Build 2600)
Dell Computer Corporation Dimension 8300
iTunes 6.0.1.3
CD Driver 2.0.4.3
CD Driver DLL 2.0.3.2
LowerFilters: MxlW2k (1.0.1.109), Cdr4_xp (6.0.0.171),
UpperFilters: pwd_2k (6.0.0.171), Cdralw2k (6.0.0.171), GEARAspiWDM (2.0.4.3),
Video Driver: NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420\GeForce4 MX 420

IDE\CdRomSAMSUNG_CD-R/RW_SW-248F_________________R602____, Bus Type ATA, Bus Address [1,0]
If you have multiple drives on the same IDE or SCSI bus, these drives may interfere with each other.
Some computers need an update to the ATA or IDE bus driver, or Intel chipset. If iTunes has problems recognizing CDs or hanging or crashing while importing or burning CDs, check the support site for the manufacturer of your computer or motherboard.

Current user is administrator.

D: HL-DT-ST DVD-ROM GDR8162B, Rev 0015
Drive is empty.

E: SAMSUNG CD-R/RW SW-248F, Rev R602
Media in drive is blank.
Get drive speed succeeded.
The drive CDR speeds are: 4 8 10 12 13 16 17 20.
The drive CDRW speeds are: 4.

Go talk to the iTunes experts, they alone can track down all Apple error codes.
The iTunes forum is here : http://discussions.apple.com/forum.jspa?forumID=791
