outlook express 2000

I have a client who has a huge email list that he cuts and pastes whenever he sends out his announcements. It is not something he can send to everyone on our network since the emails are people outside the church. I help out there with all the computer stuff, but he was asking me if there is a way to group a number of emails into one account or name? I told him I didn't think so except for choosing to send to everyone is his contact list. Any other methods or suggestions out there?

Thanks,
Trace

Outlook 2000 or Outlook Express

Both have the ability to create "groups." You can then add as many addresses as needed...

Can also use the BCC function.

LOL, it's outlook 2000...my fault I posted that one late at night heh.

Anyway the groups should work, I will set that up for him or show him how next time I'm in the office.

Thanks EzyStevy,
