Access Question

I am trying to do a inventory of all my baseball cards (over 9000) and i am trying to use Access. My question is how do i add pics in Pages portion after i have set up all the data fields. My second question is with the data fields i want to set it up that the Teams and the Manifacture have drop down screens. How can i get all of this to work for me.

What do you mean by pictures? each card or just a more generic per sction/report etc? Pictures add considerable size if using a picture for each card.

As for drop downs, create tables for each drop down and populate with the data you'll want to keep/view, you can either use the actual name as the saved data or set up a unique code and save that which will save some space - but this will not really be an issue with only 9K data points

Place a combo box here and point it to the table above.

I want to add a pic of the front and back of each card. When i go into design view and add image it will only let me add one pic and it carries on for each card i add. i want to have it is so that way i have a blank spot that i can add the pics of the cards.
