problem with music and video files
i installed windows media player 10 but for some reason my music and video files didn't chance icons it still had the old one on it, but if double clicked windows media player 10 comes out so its just the icon and way i can correct this

Not sure the problem... Since WMP is probably your default player, then all of your media will take on that icon. When you double-click the media, it plays in WMP, right?

sorry to resurrect this thread but it is happening again, ya wmp10 is my default media player but the icon is not really right. the icon has the icon from wmp9 instead of the more 3d'ish one, how do i solve this

At the risk of being disrespectful, what's the big deal? If this is the biggest thing that's wrong with your computer, your computer is in better shape than 99% of everyone else's.
