Exclamation Firefox Cache

Hello everyone, I hope I get useful answers again, like all the other times I've posted!

Ok, so I was playing Neopets (Yes, I'm 14 and I still play that game) and something happened which I really wanted to take a screenshot of. Is there a way I can view the old version of that page? I no longer have the tab/window that I used to view the page, so pressing "Back" is not an option.

I've tried using the about:cache method (by typing about:cache in the address bar), but it seems that it only let's you view the pictures and other media files, it doesn't let you view the actual page?

I've also tried going to the cache folder (Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\default.ota\Cache) and I've tried opening the files with the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer program, but it only works for certain files? Even the ones that the picture viewer couldn't open, I tried opening it with Firefox - no luck, it asks me what I want to use to open the file

Is there any way at all I can view the exact same page again? I've tried my best at giving the most information possible, hope I'll be able to get help from you guys - I believe that the thing that I wanted to screenie will never happen again, so.. if you can help me....

Why did you create a new screen name? You had 22 posts under your previous name (with a space in the middle!)

Ah.. This may sound stupid, but.. I -forgot- my password (I've been trying to be creative with my passwords lately, and it's not doing any good for my memory on practically ancient passwords ) I've tried sending it to my mail, but I had problems accessing it - hotmail has deactivated the account. I cant re-activate it for some reason as well

I've always used the print screen button and then paste into paintbrush program or my photo editing program when I want a picture of whatever is up on the screen at the time..

Sorry for the late reply.

I tried that, but afaik the history links to the newest version of that page, is there a way to check the page without letting firefox 'refresh' the page?
