Angry Fire windows media player 10 Not recognizeing cd burner
I just put a fresh install of windows XP. I have a cd-rw connected to the system. It is showing up in the BIOS as a cd-rw and it is also showing in "my computer' as a cd-rw.I cannot get windows media player to recognizing the drive as a CD burner. In windows media player I click on burn and under the menu it says "NO CD OR DVD BURNER HAS BEEN DETECTED. PRESS F 5 TO REFRESH PLAYER." And I press f 5 and it says "FINDING DEVICES,PLEASE WAIT," but NO differnce.I can get other software to work using the burner, but I relay like windows media player the best. Does anyone know what it can do to resolve this problem
