Frontpage Problem

Hey guys I have a problem.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, please move it if it is. I have the most recent version of Frontpage and I am using it for my fathers website.

He has updated the webpage and has buttons included in it that he wishes to use for navigation purposes. I have tried to move these buttons into the position I want but they wont. They will only move up and down the left hand side of my screen and if I centralise it or Right Align it the problem of gettin it to where i want it is still there.

I thought I had cracked it when I changed the layout to "Absolute" as this allowed me to free roam with the button. However a problem has arisen.

I cannot Hyperlink this picture. It links directly to my computer rather than to the actual webpage so for example instead of linkin to index.htm it will link to C://Documents & Settings/Owner/KCH/index.htm

Is there anyway I can get these buttons to link to the right sites AND be positioned in the right place.
