Is System Mechanic any good?
Just curious: is System Mechanic 6 any good? I got a special promo to get a copy for $19.95; Newegg's price is $44.00 so it seems like a good price, but any price is too high if it's not a good product.

I've never been crazy about the idea of installing software to fix other software issues. What if System Mechanic has problems. What do we install to fix it and so on...

i think it's crap, but that's just my opinion.
i can't really back up my claim, just a feeling i got. i installed it and took it off.
