Microsoft Office Installtion Problem
Problem:
"Error opening installation log file." And then something about verifying that the log file is writable. I am installing Office on my new Toshiba Laptop. It is a legit version of office. I thought maybe it was the CD so I tried installing Visio 2003 which i also have legit and I get the same error msg. I looked all over the the microsoft cd is not creating a log file. Any suggestions? |

I think i figured it out. I just did a factory reset and now it downloads just fine. I may have deleted an installation file when tyrying to get rid of all the garbage you get with a new laptop.
