Ever Heard of Allway Sync Software?

Saw THIS on CNet and PCWorld. Decent little folder synchronization software for free. Ever heard of or used it?

Stvy, if I'm reading that correctly, does the MS SyncToy require the .NET framework?

It mentions file rename as a feature. Do you know does it batch rename files?

Thx.
