Bootable Ghost DVD with image
Hey kids,
I am wanting to make a bootable ghost dvd with an image already installed. In other words, I want to be able to go up to a new PC insert the DVD, be prompted by the ghost screens, and just push the image onto the PC. Right now, we have to put in a bootable ghost cd, then when the ghost screens load, we have to insert a DVD with the image on it and push it out that way. Any suggestions or step-by-step tutorials? Thanks so much. |

Here's what I'd do:
1. burn a regular ghost boot cd. 2. extract the boot image from the cd 3. use nero to burn a boot dvd and select as the boot image the image extracted in step 2 4. add the hard disk image you want to restore to the compilation and burn its probably a good idea to test on a rewritable first with a dummy hard disk image to make sure it does what you want it to do |
