Looking for a mass playlist creator.

I was wondering if thereis a good, easy to use simple program that lets say I have a bunch of folders with mp3 albums but no playlists. I want the program to basically allwow me to select a group of folders or a main directory and generate playlists based on the folders. Naming playlists after the directories and only making playlists for each seperate directory. Is there a program like that?

I use Winamp to make my playlists, play my music, and organize/transfer to my iPod. I've been using it since I guess about 1999. Gotten too used to it, nothing can make me change.

Well, that's a given, but I need a MASS playlist generator, I've been using Winamp for years and never knew it to do such a thing. I'm glad you like it, but I need a specific program or plugin.

I actually downloaded this program today to reorganize my ID3 tags but I see it has playlist functions in it. Maybe it can do what you ask, it's a pretty powerful program.

I'm looking for a very simple, single purpose and above all free program.

The only thing left I can think is to go on download.com and search. Maybe Freakitchen will stop by here, he had some good suggestions for me earlier.
