Floppy-style installation alternative?
I have an important software that I would like to install. Unfortunately, it wants to be installed floppy disk style with it looking for the drive a for the first, 2nd, 3rd, etc. disk.
Is there a way to install it without copying each file to a diskette? |

Was it downloaded as a floppy install or something? What's the software?

Depending on the software, sometimes you can either place all the files in one folder, or in seperate folders and launch the install.

I see. It's a backup of our POS system that the company has given us. Unfortuantely it's in floppy disks and it always asks for drive A which I have abandoned a long time ago already.

Hit your company up for a usb floppy drive or see if someone there has one you can borrow to do the install.
