Incremental Image Backup Software?

Hi there --

For my birthday I got a nice new 160GB Seagate USB 2.0 External drive, and want to use it for incremental backups. BUT, the catch is that I want to be able to ONLY select the folders I want to backup. I'm not talking about imaging or full system images, I just want several folders backed up regularly.

Does anyone have any recommendations for this? Ghost and TrueImage/DriveImage do not have this capability that I have seen (all or nothing), so an alternative would be great. If it can do base backup plus incremental updates to that base, that would be a nice bonus as well.

Thanks!
