Tightvcn

From what I can tell, Tightvcn is similar to pcanywhere. I've used pcanywhere a long time ago, but Tightvcn is free. My question is: Can you use the program to connect two computers over the internet? (If not, then can you do it with pcanywhere.)

Thanks.

Yes, but it will strictly be a remote control thing, not true networking or file transfers. PCAnywhere offers file transfer in addition to remote control.

If you need file transfer capability, use an FTP server as well. IIS will work if you are using Windows 2003/XP Pro or an open source FTP server such as FileZilla will work as well.
