do I need Acronis True Image?

I was reading on their site that Acronis can resize boot partitions when you transfer them to a bigger hard drive. That's my current situation and I am thinkin maybe for $30 I should just get it since it's a good backup method as well. Anyone know for sure if it can resize primary partitions when I transfer to my new drive?

Acronis True Image is extremely popular and works as advertised.

Besides resizing, pretty sure you can also add partitions if needed on the new drive...

For $49, you can get an external hard drive housing that comes with a rebranded Acronis 8.
