PC problems...

Hey guys...wonder if u can help me...here are a few problems im having with my PC:

1) I cant install MIRC...no matter what I do...windows says the file is corrupt...I tried downloading a new file and same thing happens...I have anti-vuris and ad-aware also I even formatted and tried to download the files with the EXACT SAME RESULT (same thing happens with patch for BF2) even after FULL format!??!?

2) I sometimes cannot access this website...I try and access it and it says "cannot connect to server" AFTER it has loaded the page!?? for for example it will load the page normally and then after it has loaded the page it will change and say "cannot connect to server"

thx guys!...please try and help me!!! was such a mission to connect to this page!

ok guys...heres an update...

I took the files that I downloaded and it never ran on my other PC , I then downloaded those files on my other pc and then put them and RAN them on my pc and it worked.......now WHY if I download something from my pc it says its corrupt!!?

I have no firewalls! nothing!:?
