Lost Windows XP Disk
I have to reformat a friend's computer(HP Pavilion 560w) but unfortunately she cannot find her windows xp disc anywhere!!! I tried using my disc and her product key but that didn't work. I'm assuming the product key must match her windows disc right? Short of buying another disc for $100+, how do you work around this problem? Call Microsoft?

It never came with a XP disk, you need to do a system recovery.
