Trying to run a poker program
My computer runs really slow. I can't even open some progams. I think it's because I'm using too much memory. The task manager says CPU usage 100%. Is there anything I can do to make it run properly? Oh yea, in case you can't tell; I know very little about computers.

What version of windows are you running?? Go back into the task manager and go to processes and you should be able to see what is hogging up resources.
