cxs7 format problem
I have a new build, and accidently put 98se and 2000 on same hard drive. want to format and start over, having missing file problems. but cannot run format on ethier os. what do i need to do?????

Zero out the drive, also referred to as a low level format.
You can download the tool as part of the diagnostic disk from the HDD manufacturer's web site or you can use this : http://www.killdisk.com/ Either option is free and will return your drive to factory standard so you can begin again.
