The program you used to create these files should be able to do that as well. Which one was it ?

If it can't do that, then you can also use DVD Shrink, for example, as long as you don't wanna use any menus, that is.

Start DVD Shrink, use the Re-author mode.
Then load your first bunch of files into DVD Shrink and drag the movie to the left side. Then load the second bunch of files and drag the movie to the left side as well.
The left side, above the preview, shows you the contents of the DVD you're about to create, and it should now show both movies.

Then just hit the backup button and let DVD Shrink create new DVD files for you. You can also output an Image and even burn the DVD if you have DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn installed. It works with Nero as well, but I'd use ImgBurn (plus, it's free).

The step with Nero is the very last one, it's only the burning. If you want to output the files to hard drive first, you don't need Nero at the moment.

Screens where you can select the movie you wanna see, like all the commercial DVDs have.
But nevermind, you don't have menus. Sorry, I just didn't check that before asking.

You'll probably get 7 or 8 files, like these:

video_ts.bup
video_ts.ifo
vts_01_0.bup
vts_01_0.ifo
vts_01_1.vob
vts_01_2.vob
vts_01_3.vob
vts_01_4.vob

as there are two movies instead of one. You might only get VOB files up to vts_01_3.vob, though. It's fine either way.
