What files to copy to new build?
How do I decide what files to copy from an old PC to a new build and what is the best way to do it. Old PC is Win2x; new one is WinXP.

Best way is take the old hard drive and slave it into the new build. I usually just copy the entire drive into a folder on the new one and go through it at my leisure - move files to where they really belong.
