Blocking Program Access

Hi Guys,

Is there a way to block user access to any give program in Wondows XP? A program that is already installed. I've been looking around but havent found a way to do this.

Thanks for any help or suggestions,

You could set up a limited user account and in file properties/security& sharing select programs or files that you don't want accessed in the user account.
