Stopping startup applications

I have 2 profiles for logging onto the home computer, mine and my wife. I have an ASUS AiBooster that I like to keep track of. However, I know the wife won't want it popping up everytime she logs on. Is there a way to take it off of her startup but not mine?

Under the Docs and Settings folder are Startup folders for you and her and ALL users. Make sure the progem isn't in ALL users and is only in your profile.
