Temporary Files
Hello there,
Can someone tell me what really is the funtions of files with the extension '~tmp'? I recently realised that when I copy documents onto my hard disk from my flash disk a few minutes after ther are these files all over in my pc and my flash. Are they harmful, and if so how do I get rid of them permanently?

It's safe to delete all of them after you do a system reboot.
