Outlook Express 6 & Format Flowed

Hi,
I am using Outlook Express 6 and have received an email but couldn't figure out the characters in it; it is some strange encoding.
I clicked on the View-Encoding up in the menu bar and tried several encodings, but nothing, still i couldn't read it.
So i tried this, right-clicked on the email header and then clicked on the Details. On the Content-Type the following was written :

Quote:
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed
How can i make the content of the email readable?
