Norton Ghost 2003
Hello
As the title suggests , im using ghost 2003, I tried doing a backup, but it only allows you to backup the c-drive.I cancelled it because it would take hours.there are only a few folders I would like to backup , is it possible to select certain files or do you have back the whole c-drive? Thanks |

If you're backing up just a few files you can do it by hand.
Simply select the file choose copy from the file and folder tasks on the left and pick where you want to copy it to.

If you want to automatically back up certain files on a schedule, look into getting Retrospect Express. It comes with many of the external backup drives (from Maxtor and WD, for example) and works pretty well once it's set up right.

Ghost is an imaging program, not a selective backup program. The built-in Windows Backup can do selectives.

Okay
Thanks everyone, how would you all backup daily e-mail and accounting entries? Just looking for opinions, I could put on a disc , but this requires daily backups. Thanks |
