Win Tasks 5 vs. Speed Up My PC?

Hi there.

PC Mech has special discounts for members on these two software titles, and I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with them? I'm wondering if they are sort of repetitive (i.e. one or the other, but don't need both) or do they perform different functions? If anyone has anything to report about either, I'd be grateful to hear about it!

Thanks,

Chris

Chris,

They are completely different programs. When I updated from Wintasks 4 to 5, I also purchased Speed up my PC, and win backup as part of a package. I have been using Wintasks for a long time to stop programs from running in the background prior to installing software. Speed up my pc is an optimization program which frees up system ram. They are both very different programs. Wintasks is definitely a very useful program for me. I hope that this answers your question.

Chris,

You are welcome. If you purchase WinTasks Pro 5, I can give you some tips as to how useful it can be.
