Can someone tell me where I can download a program that will give me the option for a 10 second snap delay for my pc camera. I used to have it but lost it during a system restore. It would have to be a program that is camera universal. Since I have changed brands several times since then

Most modern cameras have a "self-timer" that allow you to do this. Have you looked in your manual?
