Where to recover Outlook or any deleted files?
I have done a grave mistake by deleting my personal folder.pst file from my document&settings\my name\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook folder...
I can't retrieve it in recycle bin cos I have permanently deleted it..I did not realise that I need this file in the future. Is there a way to recover that deleted file? Are there any download programs that can retrieve deleted files? Thanks in advance for the help.. |

Odds are not very good for recovery if you have been continuing to use the computer since the deletion. |

You would need Microsoft Exchange Server installed to recover deleted Outlook files. When that is installed, you highlight the DELETED FOLDER, and in the menus on top, there is recover deleted files.

.pst files are not save on MSExchangerserver, the user created it.
